TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 FORD FLEX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SEAT HAD RECLINED INDEPENDENTLY AND FAILED TO RETURN TO THE UPRIGHT POSITION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 129,000.
