Consumer Description

THE MIDDLE ROW BENCH SEAT WILL NOT FOLD DOWN FORWARD. I RARELY USE THIS SEAT TO FOLD DOWN AS I HAVE NOT REASON TO. HOWEVER, WHEN YOU DEPRESS THE OUTER LEVER NOTHING HAPPENS. THE SEAT DOESNT MOVE BY EITHER THE LEVER OR STRAP. IT DID SEEM STIFF WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR BUT I ASSUMED IT WAS DUE TO THE VEHICLE BEING NEW. NOT! *TR
