TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 KIA SORENTO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE WENT INTO "SAFE MODE" AND DECELERATED TO 20 MPH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE FUEL PUMP FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
