TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE RAM 3500. WHEN THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO ENTER THE VEHICLE, THE RUNNING BOARD BECAME DETACHED. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT INJURED HIS BACK AND LEG, BUT DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 63,000.
