TL * THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL DIMMED COMPLETELY AND CAUSED THE TURN SIGNALS AND WINDSHIELD WIPERS TO MALFUNCTION. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER AND THE MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH WAS REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,400.
