2011 DODGE RAM 3500. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO THE LEFT TIE ROD BALL STUD RECALL REPAIRS ISSUE. *SMD THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER, IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK FOR THEM TO GET TO HIS VEHICLE, AS THEY ONLY GET PARTS IN OCCASIONALLY, DUE TO A BACK LOG. ANOTHER DEALER, INFORMED THE CONSUMER, THEY COULD HAVE THE VEHICLE READY IN ONE DAY. HOWEVER, THEY WERE OVER SEVEN HOURS AWAY. *JB
