Consumer Description

I HAVE RECEIVED MY SECOND NOTICE TO GET THE RECALL FIX N49 I HAVE BEEN ON MY DEALERS LIST SINCE THE FIRST NOTICE WHICH I GOT IN DECEMBER 2013. THE DEALER TOLD ME I WAS NUMBER 15 ON THE LIST, I CALLED IN MARCH AND ASKED WAS GOING ON AND THEY SAID CHRYSLER RELEASED PARTS THEN RECALLED THOSE AND THEY HAVEN'T GOT ANY NEW ONES. IF THIS RECALL IS SO IMPORTANT AND CAN CAUSE YOU TO CRASH WHY ARE THEY NOT FIXING THEM FASTER. THIS SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING THAT WE HAVE TO WAIT THIS LONG TO GET A RECALL FIXED. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THEM NOT GETTING THE PARTS OUT QUICKER. *TR
