TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 SUBARU OUTBACK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL WAS EXTREMELY UNSTABLE AND NEEDED CONSTANT ADJUSTMENT. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE, BUT PERFORMED A FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND INCREASED THE TIRE PRESSURE. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V194000 (STEERING). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,000.
