THIS IS IN REF TO SAFETY RECALL N49 / NHTSA 13V-529. I RECEIVED A RECALL FORM DODGE AND TOOK MY TRUCK INTO MILLER'S DODGE IN MARTINSBURG WV. THE SERVICE DEPT. LOOKED AND SAID YOUR LEFT TIE ROD BALL STUD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. I HAVE CALLED TO CHECK ON THE PART STATUS 3 TIMES. IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS AND EVERYTIME I PUT MY FAMILY IN THE TRUCK THEY ARE AT RISK. I AM TOLD THAT THE PART IS ON BACK ORDER. I RECEIVED ANOTHER RECALL NOTICE FROM DODGE WHICH PROMPTED ME TO LOG THIS. *TR
