Consumer Description

MY 2006 CHRYSLER 300 LIMITED WAS PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY AND WOULD NOT COME OUT OF PARK. I HAD TO DISASSEMBLE THE GEAR LEVER BOX IN ORDER TO MANUALLY DEPRESS THE MECHANISM THAT MOVES THE SHIFTER. MY VEHICLE HAS SAT IN MY DRIVEWAY FOR ONE YEAR NOT BEING DRIVEN. MY COMPLAINT IS THE PART THAT BROKE IS A CHEAP PIECE OF PINK PLASTIC THAT CHRYSLER HAS RECALLED FOR SOME VEHICLES, BUT MY VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. CHRYSLER SHOULD INCLUDE ALL VEHICLES THAT HAD THIS INSTALLED, NOT SOME OF THEM. *TR
