THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. UPDATED 09/02/14*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED AS OF 8/11/2014 THE PARTS FOR THE REPAIRWERE NOT YET MADE AVAILABLE.
