Consumer Description

MY TRUCK WOULD NOT CRANK OVER WHEN I WENT TO DRIVE IT. DODGE DEALERSHIP HAS HAD IT OVER A WEEK AND THOUGHT IT WAS THE TIPM MODULE. THE GOT ONE 4 DAYS LATER AND NOW IT WONT ALLOW PROGRAMMING SO IT IS STILL NOT FIXED AND I AM LEFT WITHOUT A TRUCK WHILE THEY LEARN HOW TO FIX IT AT MY EXPENSE. SO FAR I HAVE BEEN QUOTED $920 FOR THE PART AND $260 FOR THE LABOR. THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID HE WOULD TAKE THE MASTER MECHANIC FROM THE FLEET DEPARTMENT TO START ANOTHER DIAGNOSIS PROCESS. *TR
