TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 TOYOTA AVALON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TOP SURFACE OF THE DASHBOARD AND THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT AREA EXHIBITED SEVERAL CRACKS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
