Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 JEEP COMPASS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LOWER BALL JOINTS WERE REPLACED ON THREE OCCASIONS AND THAT THE TIE ROD ENDS WERE REPLACED ON TWO OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AT AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TWICE AND THE DEALER ONCE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO REPLICATE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 60,259. UPDATED 8/19/14*CN UPDATED 9/5/2014 *JS
