Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 JEEP COMPASS. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE CONTACT HEARD A RATTLING SOUND COMING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE OUTER DRIVER'S SIDE TIE ROD AND CONTROL ARM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE FAILURE STILL PERSISTS. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 53,800 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 6,762. UPDATED 09/11/09 *BF UPDATED 09/15/09.*JB
