Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THE WATER WAS COLLECTING UNDER THE DRIVER SEAT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHAT WAS CAUSING THE FAILURE BUT DECIDED TO REPLACE THE SEALS FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER, SUN ROOF, DOORS, AND THE TRUCK LID. THE REMEDY FAILED TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 19,200.
