TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE EXPERIENCED DIFFICULTY REMOVING THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
