Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2005 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL FOUR INTERIOR DOOR HANDLES HAVE CRACKED AND THE DOORS COULD NOT BE OPENED FROM THE INSIDE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO INDICATED THAT ALL PANEL ASSEMBLIES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,000.
