Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THREE OF THE FOUR INTERIOR DOOR HANDLES FRACTURED. THE DOORS COULD NOT BE OPENED FROM INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT ALSO INDICATED THAT THE FOURTH INSIDE DOOR HANDLE WAS CRACKED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURES WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 158,000.
