Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED RECALL NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V529000 (STEERING) HAD SURPASSED THE REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR REPAIR. THE DEALER STATED THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE DEALER ALSO STATED THAT THE CONTACT WAS NUMBER 71 ON THE WAITING LIST AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS ONLY SENDING ONE REPAIR KIT PER WEEK. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE DELAY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THERE ARE NO FAILURES AT THIS TIME.
