Consumer Description
ON MY HONDA ACCORD 2000, I CAN REMOVE THE IGNITION KEY WITHOUT SWITCHING THE TRANSMISSION TO 'PARK'. I PARKED MY CAR, AND LEFT THE TRANSMISSION ON 'DRIVE'. THE CAR ROLLED DOWN THE SLOPE AND CRASHED INTO ANOTHER CAR PARKED FEW YARDS AWAY. THE DESCRIPTION OF THE RECALL 05V02500 (IGNITION-PARK INTERLOCK) MATCHES EXACTLY MY CAR CHARACTERISTICS AND THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING WITH THE INTERLOCK SYSTEM. I CALLED HONDA AND THEY SAID THAT THE RECALL DOES NOT APPLY TO MY VIN. *TR
