NHTSA Complaint #11566090 — 2000 HONDA ACCORD

Hello, The ignition switch in my vehicle has never worked right. I took the vehicle to a Honda dealership for a airbag recall and was told them about the ignition switch problem and recall. They said they would not do the recall and wanted me to call Honda. I called Honda and was told that I would have to pay for diagnostic fee before they would attempt any repairs for this recall. The Honda case number is 14383356. I refuse to pay a fee for what should be a free recall. If you could please help me with this issue I would certainly appreciate it.
