RECEIVED NOTICE OF SAFETY ISSUE WITH STEERING COMPONENTS AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE MORE THAN A YEAR TO WARRANTY THE PROBLEM. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND WE TOW WITH THIS TRUCK!!!! FURTHER MORE I TRIED TO CALL THE [XXX] # AND GOT NOTHING BUT A SALES PITCH AND WHEN ANSWERING NOT INTERESTED I WAS HUNG UP ON TWICE! WHY ARE GOVERNMENT LINES BEING USED FOR SALES PITCHES RATHER THAN SERVICE? BECAUSE OF THIS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FILE A COMPLAINT.
