Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH OVER A POT HOLE, THE LIGHTS ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND THE RADIO FAILED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE TAPPED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL AND THE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION WHERE THEY STATED THAT THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND THEY STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ONCE BEFORE FOR THE SAME FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127,000.
