Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FLEX EQUIPPED WITH HANKOOK OPTIMO TIRES, SIZE: 255/45/R20. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN SHE TOOK HER VEHICLE IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE TREAD DEPTH FOR ALL FOUR TIRES WAS IN THE RED AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO ASSIST. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,629.
