WINDSHIELD SPRAYER FREEZES AT ANY TEMP UNDER 30 DEGREES. EITHER THERE IS A FLAW IN THE DESIGN OF THE SPRAY OR THE SLOPE OF THE HOOD WHICH ALLOWS THE SPRAYERS TO FREEZE TEMPS UNDER 30 DEGREES. THIS MAKE DRIVING IN SNOW WEATHER VERY DANGEROUS. I HAVE SEEN MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ONLINE. *TR
