Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING IN REVERSE, SHE TURNED THE STEERING WHEEL AND HEARD AN ABNORMAL SQUEAKING NOISE. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THERE WAS ALSO FLUID LEAKING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION WHERE THEY STATED THAT THE CONTACT GEAR BOX NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 54,300.
