Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT INQUIRED ABOUT A 2007 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT HEARD ABNORMAL NOISES COMING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE. UPON INSPECTION, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE COUPLER BETWEEN THE CENTER LINK AND THE TIE ROD END WAS DAMAGED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 47,000. *TT CONSUMER STATED ALL STEERING PARTS REPLACED, RECOMMENDATION MADE BY THE DEALER. UPDATED 11/27/18*JB
