Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FIESTA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, SHE NOTICED A LOUD GRINDING AND GROWLING NOISE UPON ACCELERATION . THE VEHICLE ALSO JERKED FORWARD AT DIFFERENT SPEEDS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER THREE DIFFERENT TIMES WHERE THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOR REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,300.
