TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT BOTH THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER'S SIDE HEAD RESTS REMAINED STATIONARY AND COULD NOT BE MANEUVERED. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE HEAD REST WAS FUNCTIONING AS DESIGNED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
