Consumer Description

I MADE A COMPLAINT ON 8/25/13 ABOUT THE THROTTLE BODY. I CALLED THE FORD DEALERSHIP TO HAVE IT CHECKED TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. THEY CALLED BACK AND SAID IT WAS DEFINITELY THE THROTTLE BODY AND THAT THE PART WOULD NOT BE IN FOR 4-6 WEEKS BECAUSE THE PART WAS BACK ORDERED DUE TO HIGH DEMAND. THERE ARE SO MANY CARS THAT NEED TO HAVE THIS REPLACED. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. I AM NOW WITHOUT A CAR BECAUSE I AM AFRAID TO DRIVE IT FOR FEAR I WILL GET HIT. I AM STILL HAVING TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND NO CAR TO DRIVE. NO WARRANTY SO WHEN I DO GET IT FIXED I WILL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET. HOPEFULLY THEY DO THE RIGHT THING AND HAVE THE FUSIONS THAT ARE AFFECTED RECALLED. *JS
