Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD EXPEDITION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER TURNING THE VEHICLE ON AND SHIFTING INTO DRIVE, NUMEROUS ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS FAILED. THE RADIO POWERED OFF AND ON INDEPENDENTLY, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS SEIZED, THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WOULD NOT POWER OFF, AND THE WINDSHIELD WIPER AND 4X4 LIGHTS ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 149,000. *TR
