Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD C-MAX HYBRID. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START AFTER BEING SERVICED. THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE JUMPED IN ORDER FOR IT TO START. THE CONTACT WAS TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE COULD HAVE PROBLEMS IF THE INCORRECT OIL FILTER IS PLACED ON THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER BUT THEY HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO DETERMINE WHAT CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THIS WAS A KNOWN ISSUE BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE A FIX. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WAS 3,000. *TR
