Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE REFUELING, A PASSENGER OPENED THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR AND IT STRUCK THE CONTACT'S HAND, CAUSING HIM TO RELEASE THE FUEL NOZZLE. THE CONTACT FELT IT WAS A MOST DISASTROUS DESIGN FLAW. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 64,000.
