TL* THE CONTACT'S DAUGHTER OWNS A 2010 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE SLIDING DOOR FAILED TO OPEN OR OPERATE AS NEEDED, WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT CALLED FEDERICO CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (1875 E EDWARDSVILLE RD, WOOD RIVER, IL 62095) WHERE HE WAS PROVIDED A DIAGNOSTIC FEE TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
