Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD EDGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER SEAT WAS EXTREMELY LOW CAUSING CONCERN THAT IF THE AIR BAG WAS TO DEPLOY, IT WOULD STRIKE HER IN THE FACE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT EQUIPPED WITH A SEAT ADJUSTMENT SWITCH. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE SINCE THEY COULD NOT ALTER THE DESIGN OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
