Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 KIA SORENTO. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THE CRANK SHAFT PULLEY HAD TO BE REPLACED. AFTER THE PART WAS REPLACED ON THE CRANK SHAFT PULLEY, THE CONTACT HEARD A GRINDING NOISE IN THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
