Consumer Description

REASON FOR FILING A VEHICLE SAFETY COMPLAINT IS AS FOLLOWS; EVERY TIME I HAVE TRIED TO FILL-UP MY GAS TANK ON MY 2005 DODGE, THE GAS NOT ONLY STARTS TO SHOOT OUT OF THE TANK ITSELF, BUT ALSO ALL OVER MY TRUCK, MYSELF AND ALL OVER THE FLOOR. THE SECURITY DODGE DEALER WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED IS INSISTING THERE IS NO SUCH RECALL FOR THIS SERIOUS AND DANGEROUS ISSUE. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY ARE SUGGESTING THAT I TAKE IT IN FOR A DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION AND PAY $ 110.00 AN HOUR LABOR FEE. PLEASE NOTE I AM A SMOKER THOUGH NOT PROUD OF IT. EVEN IF I WEREN'T I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY REFUSE TO SEE THIS AS A INCIDENT/ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN NOW OR IN THE FUTURE. I WOULD THINK THIS WOULD BE LESS OF A COST TO THEM, RATHER TAKING A CHANCE WITH A LIFE OR LIVES BEING LOST. PRIORITIES ?????? IN THE MEANTIME I'LL CONTINUE TO HAVE TO CARRY LOTS OF PAPER TOWELS WHEN GETTING GAS. STARTED NOV. 1ST. 2012. *TR
