TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 JEEP LIBERTY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER:12V085000(SUSPENSION:REAR). SEVERAL MONTHS LATER WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE CONTACT ENCOUNTERED DIFFICULTY STEERING AND MAINTAINING CONTROL OVER THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHO CONFIRMED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE BALL JOINTS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
