Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD WINDSTAR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKING SYSTEM WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHILE SITTING IDLE AT A TRAFFIC STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS SHUT OFF AND ALLOWED TO RESET. THE FAILURE WAS NO LONGER PRESENT ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE OR LOCATE A FAILURE WITHIN THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 122,000. UPDATED 11/29/12
