TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED WITHOUT WARNING AND DID NOT ILLUMINATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHT MODULE FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 14,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 15,000.
