Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE ATTEMPTED TO START THE VEHICLE AND HEARD A CLICKING SOUND, BUT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. THE CONTACT HAD TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL IN ORDER TO START THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THEY REPLACED THE STARTER. THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 70,000. UPDATED 07/06/12 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE STARTED WAS REPLACED TWICE. UPDATED 07/12/12
