TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOOR LOCKS ONLY FUNCTIONED MANUALLY AND SHE WAS UNABLE TO CONTROL THEM USING THE KEY FOB. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO HAVE THE FAILURE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 131,000. UPDATED 06/05/12*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE DOORS DID NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY WHILE DRIVING. THE CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER TO BE REPAIRED ACCORDING TO INVOICE. UPDATED 06/06/12 *JS
