Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR DOOR LOCKS COULD NOT BE LOCKED OR UNLOCKED MANUALLY OR WHEN USING THE KEYLESS ENTRY REMOTE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A LOCAL DEALER WHERE THE DEALER ADVISED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE FAILURE. IN ADDITION, THE DOORS COULD NOT BE UNLOCKED FROM INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000. UPDATED 05/31/12*LJ
