TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DASHBOARD CRACKED INTO PIECES. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER WOULD NOT REPAIR THE DASHBOARD EVEN THOUGH THE AIR BAGS WERE SHOWING. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 81,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
