Consumer Description
ON MARCH 19 2012 WHILE COMING HOME FROM A TRIP AND ONLY ABOUT 30 MILES FROM HOME, WE HAD A SUDDEN BLOWOUT ON THE FRONT RIGHT OF OUR 2010 DODGE RAM DIESEL DUALLY. THE TIRE TREAD LITERALLY HAD PEELED AWAY FROM THE TIRE. MY HUSBAND WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE TRUCK AND BRING US TO A SAFE STOP. THE BLOW OUT DAMAGED THE FENDER, BUMPER AND HEADLAMP. WE PUT THE SPARE ON, AND DROVE ON HOME. THESE WERE THE ORIGINAL TIRES THAT CAME WITH THE TRUCK AND WE ONLY HAD 24630 MILES ON THEM. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST DODGE TRUCK TO HAVE, IT IS OUR FOURTH, AND NEVER HAVE WE HAD SUCH AN EVENT HAPPEN. WE TAKE GOOD CARE OF OUR VEHICLES AND TIRES. THE TIRES IN QUESTION ARE AMERICAN-GENERAL LT235/80R17 120/117R M.S DOT PSAB IU9B WE JUST GOT OUR TRUCK OUT OF THE SHOP AND NOW I AM REPLACING THE REMAINING TIRES! DON'T WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE!!!!!! *TR
