Consumer Description
VEHICLE HAS PROBLEM SHIFTING GEARS, SLOWS DOWN, THEN IT STARTS TO GO. I HAVE TAKEN IT INTO FORD 3 SEPARATE TIMES, A RECALL WAS DONE ON THE VEHICLE FOR A COMPUTER CHIP, AGAIN HAD THE VEHICLE INTO SERVICE IN 09/2011 FOR THE SAME ISSUE. THE VEHICLE HAS 34,000 MILES ON IT AND ATTEMPT TO REPLACE THE REAR BRAKES...DRIVER REAR SIDE HAD NO PAD LEFT, CHECKED THE THREE OTHER BRAKES PLENTY OF PAD. SURBURBAN FORD SERVICE DESK TOLD ME BECAUSE MY CAR WAS GREEN METALLIC, NOT COVERED IN LATEST RECALL. I LOOKED AT THE RECALL NOTICES AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY THE SAME PROBLEM I'VE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT FROM THE FIRST MONTH I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE! *KB
