TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 25 MPH WHEN THE ENGINE STALLED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT PRIOR TO THE FAILURE, THE OIL WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE DEALER CONFIRMED THAT THE ENGINE ROD FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 120,000.
