Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 HONDA ODYSSEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR DOOR LIFTGATE FAILED. THE LIFTGATE WOULD ONLY OPEN HALF WAY AND THE CONTACT HAD TO HOLD THE LIFTGATE UP MANUALLY FOR THE GATE TO FULLY OPEN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 76,000.
