Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. WHILE EXAMINING THE BATTERY AND VARIOUS FUSES, THE CONTACT NOTICED A SPARK COMING FROM THE ENGINE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY START THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE RECURRED ONCE MORE APPROXIMATELY ONE MONTH LATER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO HAVE THE FAILURE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,300. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
